Following the acquisition of the remaining equity of G4S Malta (formerly Group 4) by KDM Investments Limited in December 2024, the company now operates under the name Securital, continuing a long-standing legacy of excellence in professional security services in Malta.
Established in August 1988 as Malta’s first registered private security services provider, Securital has over 35 years of experience delivering reliable, high-quality security solutions, including guarding, integrated security systems, and cash management. By combining international security knowledge with deep local expertise, we support businesses, institutions, and organizations with tailored security solutions designed to meet evolving operational and risk environments.

Company Founding

ISO Certification
The company gains national recognition for its Achieves ISO 9001 certification for quality management. Expands into the government and critical infrastructure security markets. 2020: Global Expansion
